Your right to deletion

You can request deletion of your Zerotiv account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open the app and go to Dashboard → Account settings.
2. Select Delete my account and confirm the request.

Your request is recorded and processed by our team, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name and email address).
• Your search history and saved activity.
• Transaction records associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain minimal records where required for legal, security or accounting obligations. Retained data is not used for any other purpose.
